We deployed two innovative robotic solutions at the Hôtel Château Laurier Québec: Nova, an interactive reception robot, and Carl, an automated cleaning robot. This custom integration aims to enhance the guest experience and optimize the hotel's daily operations.

The Château Laurier Québec Hotel distinguishes itself by its commitment to providing impeccable service to its clientele while modernizing its infrastructure management. To support this vision, Fractal Robotics has implemented a fleet of two distinct robots, each addressing specific challenges of the modern hotel industry.
Nova: The Interactive Guide
Because the hotel complex is so large, visitors frequently got lost or had trouble finding their way to specific points of interest. To address this issue, we deployed Nova, our interactive reception robot powered by proprietary software developed in-house by our team.
Nova doesn't just greet guests; it interacts with them, provides clear directions, and can even physically guide them to their destination within the hotel. This technological solution quickly eliminated confusion for visitors, transforming hotel navigation into a seamless and enjoyable experience.
Carl: The ally of cleanliness
In parallel, we implemented Carl , our autonomous cleaning robot. Operational on the ground floor since the very beginning of the project, Carl ensures that the most frequented common areas remain spotless at all times. Its continuous operation is a major asset for the hotel's hygiene standards.
