MP2000, the AI-powered autonomous pallet jack for 2-tonne loads
The MP2000 is an AI-powered autonomous pallet jack built to move pallets of up to 2,000 kg (4,409 lb) at floor level, from the receiving dock to storage areas and production lines. It maps your warehouse without reflectors or floor markers, recognizes pallets and free slots, and safely shares the floor with your teams and forklifts.
Autonomous pallet handling
A 2,000 kg rated payload and 20-second fork entry to speed up every pallet move.
2,000 kg rated payload
Full pallets of up to 4,409 lb, carried at 1.2 m/s loaded and 1.6 m/s unloaded.
No site retrofit
3D LiDAR and vision navigation, with no reflectors or floor markers to install in your facility.
Autonomous or manual
The robot works on its own, and an operator can drive it by the tiller whenever needed.
AI that finds pallets and free slots
The MP2000 does more than drive from point A to point B. Its onboard intelligence detects whether a storage location is free or occupied, locates the pallet's position and angle, then adjusts the forks' approach path on its own. The robot tolerates an offset of up to 15 cm and an angle of up to 15°, so nobody has to realign pallets by hand, and its forks engage in about 20 seconds. It recognizes three-runner and perimeter-base pallets, and measures each load's dimensions to calculate the space it needs to pass safely.
Multi-sensor safety for mixed traffic
In a warehouse, the robot works alongside order pickers, forklifts and goods left in the aisles. The MP2000 combines 3D and 2D LiDAR, depth cameras, a front-view camera, a contact bumper and a fork-tip laser to monitor its surroundings in 360°. It detours around fixed obstacles instead of getting stuck, and stops or steers clear of people and moving vehicles. A projector outlines its footprint on the floor, while the warning light, indicator lights and audible alarm make its status clear at a glance. An emergency stop is always within reach.
Fast deployment, coordinated fleet
The MP2000 gets to work without changing your facility: no reflectors, no floor markers and no software platform to integrate. Fractal handles installation, mapping, storage-location setup and local support. Multiple robots coordinate with one another and plan their routes without a network or central server, even offline. Tasks can be sent from the mobile app, the robot's screen, a call button, a handheld scanner or an open API, with elevator and automatic-door control available as options. With up to 12 hours of runtime unloaded (6 hours at full load) and automatic charging, the fleet stays available shift after shift.
