GT5, the robotic mower for large green spaces
The GT5 is a commercial robotic mower built for large lawns: parks, campuses, cemeteries, institutional and municipal grounds. Its 60-inch (152 cm) deck mows up to 8,000 m² per hour while the robot vacuums up clippings and fallen leaves, empties its own grass box and picks up mowing right where it left off.
A robotic mower made for large areas
A wide deck, a large battery and a 100 L grass box: the GT5 handles a full day of mowing with no recharge and no manual emptying.
60-inch (152 cm) cut
Three rotary blades and a height of cut adjustable up to 152 mm (6 in).
Up to 10 hours of runtime
A 26 kWh LFP battery delivers 8 to 10 hours of continuous mowing on a single charge.
65,000 m² per charge
Up to 6.5 hectares (16 acres) mowed on a single charge, depending on site conditions.
Cutting, collection and dumping, hands-free
The GT5 does more than mow. As it cuts, its vacuum system picks up clippings, fallen leaves and light turf debris and sends them into a 100 L grass box. The lawn is left clean, with no raking and no second crew coming through. When the box is full, the robot drives off to empty it on its own, then returns to the exact spot where it stopped to finish the job. In the fall, the same pass picks up leaves on your lawns: one less chore for your grounds crew.
Automatic mapping and RTK precision
No need to walk the perimeter by hand: the GT5 explores the site and builds its own working map, combined with satellite imagery to set the areas to mow and the no-go zones. It then travels from one lawn to the next along pre-mapped routes and resumes mowing as soon as it arrives. RTK positioning, fused with LiDAR and cameras, gives it ±2.5 cm accuracy: straight, even passes and a cut within 10 cm of edges. Fractal handles the mapping, commissioning and local support.
Built for public spaces
In a park or on a campus, safety comes first. With its 3D LiDAR and RGB and RGBD cameras, the GT5 keeps a 360° view of its surroundings. It recognizes pedestrians, vehicles and obstacles such as hoses or light poles, then slows down, steers around or stops depending on the risk. It also detects shorelines, steps and steep banks to prevent falls. Its all-metal chassis is rated IP66, and your managers can track its location, task progress and system health remotely, with instant error alerts.
