Return Period

Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery date for a full refund, provided they are in original condition, unused, and in original packaging.

Return Conditions

• Product must be in perfect condition, undamaged and unused
• Original packaging, accessories, and documentation must be included
• Return shipping costs are buyer's responsibility, except for defective products

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges. All approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method.

Defective Products

After the 30-day period, products may only be returned if defective and covered under manufacturer warranty. In this case:

• Contact our customer service for evaluation
• Proof of purchase required
• Product will be repaired, replaced, or refunded per warranty terms

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receipt and inspection of returned product.
